The History of ACMOS goes back to when Hideyuki Iijima founded ACMOS in 1991.
ACMOS has been changed its business a few times since then.
ACMOS always keeps a challenge to the progress and contributes to the well-being of people and the development of society.
Birth of ACMOS
ACMOS starts its business history as the manufacturer of Analog CMOS IC.
ACMOS has been a listed company on the JASDAQ since December 25 1996.
In May 1999, ACMOS announced its management strategy “The United Companies of ACMOS (UCA).” Management System.
In December 1999, ACMOS made a strategic acquisition of subsidiary by means of stock exchange method for the first time in Japan.
ACMOS bretired from Analog IC manufacturer in 2003.
Newborn of ACMOS
2008 was a special year for ACMOS. January, 1st 2008, ACMOS merged with Ibaraki Software Development and ACMOS became an operating holding company.
In 2010, ACMOS selected Information Technology as a core business.
Currently, ACMOS group consists of ACMOS and 4 subsidiaries (as of October 2010) and provides various IT solutions and IT services for our customers as a professional service provider.
